Dr. Herb Sorensen is a Parlin and EXPLOR award winner (American Marketing Association,) and preeminent authority on global shopping behavior. He is the author of ”Inside the Mind of the Shopper” (Wharton School Press, 2009) – the 3rdEdition now pending.
His company grew at an annualized rate of 30%, based on a focus on the basics of personal selling principles, to the shoppers in bricks-and-mortar stores. He served as Adjunct Senior Research Fellow, Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, University of South Australia and Scientific Advisor, TNS/Kantar Global Retail & Shopper Practice.

Mark Heckman is a retail industry veteran with broad experience based in a mix of retail marketing, loyalty marketing, store operations, brand partnerships, category management practices and consumer research.
During his tenure with Marsh Supermarkets, Mark led the chain’s efforts to quantify the source of supermarket sales and profits through the Marsh Super Study, completed in partnership with IRI and Progressive Grocer Magazine
Mark is a past member and chairman of the Food Marketing Institute’s Consumer Research Committee.

Peter Wilson brings over 25 years of retail marketing experience to each project. His perspective is borne out of research-based marketing strategy projects conducted in Sub-Saharan Africa and Asian-Pacific Region.
